Brad Robinson
 Owner & Operator

Brad Robinson is the Owner and Operator of Thrive Tours, an Indigenous-owned and operated eco-tourism company based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. A proud member of the Oneida Nation of the Thames, part of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, Brad is dedicated to sharing Indigenous knowledge, land-based learning, and sustainable outdoor education through authentic, guided experiences.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Native Studies from Laurentian University and a Law and Security Administration Diploma from Cambrian College.

Brad is also a talented Indigenous artist whose creative work spans video production, photography, graphic design, and acting. Formerly a member of the Black Bull Moose Singers, he continues to honour his cultural roots through traditional drumming and song.

An avid outdoorsman and educator, Brad’s work reflects his passion for the land and his commitment to building understanding and respect between Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities through shared experiences in nature.

Amanda Robinson
Founder & Managing Director

Amanda Cora Robinson is the Managing Director of Thrive Tours, an Indigenous-owned and operated eco-tourism company based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. As a settler ally, educator, and advocate for Truth and Reconciliation, Amanda is deeply committed to supporting Indigenous voices and creating inclusive spaces for learning, understanding, and connection.

A proud mother of five, Amanda’s life is closely woven with the teachings of nature and the guidance of her Indigenous husband and children, who continually inspire her to walk with humility and respect as an ally. She models what it means to listen, learn, and stand alongside Indigenous communities—encouraging others to do the same through action, empathy, and shared experience.

Amanda holds an Outdoor Wilderness Guiding Certificate from Cambrian College’s Nature-Based Adventure Tourism Program (2004) and brings more than two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, guide, and health educator. Before co-creating Thrive Tours, she founded and operated Mukwa Adventures, a guided ATV tour company that helped introduce adventure tourism to Northern Ontario.

Through her leadership at Thrive Tours, Amanda continues to bridge cultures and inspire others to reconnect with nature, honour Indigenous knowledge systems, and build a more respectful, sustainable future together.
